I started this family business in 1985 to fill the needs of a premium cleaning service with personal attention to the needs of our customers. Although we have grown well beyond the point of doing all the cleaning ourselves, we strive to continue our reputation of high standards and friendly service through close job supervision, inspections, and regular service calls.
Trained Experienced Servicemen
We have nine experienced cleaning crews. All of our office cleaners are trained by myself, regardless of earlier experience. All new hires undergo background checks. I make sure that each cleaner has a professional attitude and take pride in his work. They are paid more than the average janitor because they take full responsibility for their cleaning, and it shows. Turnover is very low.
We utilize the latest technology in tools and chemicals for environmentally friendly and high-efficiency cleaning. This includes non-toxic chemicals, microfiber cloths, and HEPA filter vacuums.
Security and Trust are Foremost
Each cleaner must prove his integrity before he is given a key to any client’s building. We are proud to introduce them to you and would like you to know them as well. We intend for you to be completely comfortable with the person who is in your office after business hours.
In addition, we understand the importance of security. We handle keys and locks with care. We lock the doors when cleaning inside and let no one inside (unless they have their own keys). We are familiar and conscientious with the use of many security and alarm systems. We are also bonded and insured to further protect our clients.
